Alright!

So I had the privilege to enjoy myself with some wonderful orchestra music by Ipoh's very own Kinta Valley Symphonic Society, who teamed up with KLPAC's String Orchestra to give Ipoh a full orchestra team for us to enjoy, which has been a while.

Every year Kinta Valley Symphonic Society will have an annual concert and this year's theme is Movie Paradiso, Paradiso meaning Paradise. It was held at Auditorium PerakFM, Jabatan Penyiaran Malaysia Perak.

As mentioned on their instagram, it was sold out! The tickets were range from RM 30 - RM 80. Seats were separated center, left right bottom, and left right top. They have 500 seats in total including vip seating.

In the same year, they had another concert on 1st June at Dewan Serbaguna Bandar Baru Tambun Hall, 800 seats were all sold off too!!!

Also, there were t-shirts for sale and water bottles and programme booklets about the concert which can be bought by giving donations to the society.

 So I bought the programme booklets and here's whats inside so yea.

 So we have a total of 15 different theme songs to hear from which was SOOOOO GREAT!

It was definitely a treat for us.

So it was split into 4 sections for us to enjoy...

The invited Norman Ong gave a small speech during the break for the Wind Orchestra.
He majored in flute, have notable experiences and achievements throughout his career and is now a flutist for Orchestra Kuala Lumpur, instructor for Chan Wa Concert Band and the Music Director and Resident Conductor for the KLPAC String Orchestra.

So once it ended, the emcee came out to thank everyone and the audience started to chant encore for more! We could not just stop it there, so the audience chanted twice and we had two more songs to enjoy from the performers.

Paradiso was performed as one of the audience asked if the orchestra is performing on the songs from Paradiso the movie, and so the conductor gave a special performance, with him being the Flute lead of the song from the movie, Paradiso.

They end it with a bang with The Polar Express, wishing the audience a very merry christmas!

 Thanking all the great musicians that made this wonderful orchestra happened!
It was truly music to all ears for a wonderful evening.

Also never forgetting to thank all the sponsors of the event as well.
Even Syed Saddiq showed up as well!

It was a wonderful event that was almost 3 hours long, I would say it was worth every penny and the tickets were so reasonable for a full orchestra and such a great auditorium.
You could tell everyone worked really really hard and gave their all for their performance and even the people at the backstage as well. It involves so many people and it couldn't be done without any of them.

     

Couldn't be any prouder of my friends who were playing in the orchestra! Can't wait for next year!

With Fresh Milk, this is really heavy on the Matcha flavour side.

So those matcha lovers, you would enjoy this.

 Pink Toast - RM 17.00

Strawberries, Banana, Kiwi, Pink Sesame Candy Floss, Edible Flowers, with Chocolate Ice Cream.

Fresh fruits indeed but the toast wasn't a fave. Ice cream was really good though.

Spaghetti Marinara - RM 17.00 

Marinara sauce with Tomyam Meatballs. The meatballs was the bomb!

Overall dish was very pleasant, we wish there were more meatballs.

Signature Burnt Cheesecake - RM 15.00

So so good that I forgotten to take a picture alamak.

Moist and creamy texture.

Love the interior, love the drinks and the food.

I wouldn't give a 100% on food but such a nice environment that makes me wanna come again.

So all those pink lovers, do go.

It's great for a girly hangout!
