Lazada 11.11 Shopping Festival!!!

Lazada is back again for 11.11 crazy sale!!!

I think basically every online platform is having massive sale during that date. Even in the wedding industry is so hectic on that hot date.

If you guys haven't notice, Lazada has been giving away many many things at a lower cost!

Slash the products that you want for a very cheap price, so gather your friends to slash slash slash together! And always to remember to shake at the time given to get more vouchers!!!

Also, there are vouchers to be used as you can see above. If you're a new customer, you get extra RM 10 off just for a minimum spending of RM 30! Wah really makes me wanna just open a new account only leh now.

Not only those things, now they have these Surprise Boxes! WOW WOW WOW.
Boxes at three different prices from many brands you can choose from.
I'm very much tempted to get the NYX box, cause wow, it would differently be a great makeup haul.

I don't know what you guys are waiting for, even though I'm broke af also I wanna buy buy buy!!
Can't be too greedy on my spending so I've limited myself to get these 3 things that are very much important haha.

1. Thorn Remover
I'm in super desperate need of these since I started my floral business.
Everytime there's an order about roses, I cringe.
Cause roses have most thorns, and I always had to pluck it out one by one. Urgh.
So with this, just sekali swipe it down, all thorns remove. Magic.

2. Sport Shirt for Men
This one leh, is not what I need but what my husband needs. Haha.
You know how when you play sports, and your clothes in drench in sweat and it smells damn weird after that even though you've washed it like soooooooo many times?
Probably easier to just get a new shirt, and with the 11.11 sale coming on, the price is CHEAPER!
Waa, shuang ah.

3. Baby Books
I'm now at the age of many people getting married and getting pregnant and delivering babies everywhere. So other than the usual gifts for pregnant women such as, milk bottles, or those typical hampers with clothes in it, give them something useful for their baby!
I found one of my friend's kid have this and ohh its so good to use. Cause you know how babies always take things and put in their mouth? So this is one of the best things! Can read and can chew!
So yes, I'm getting one whole set for my other friend's baby and its also on the 11.11 sale. OOOOOO CHEAP!
*Hallelujah*

Just look at all these extra discounts they are giving with just using one of the banks!
Lazada is super generous weh so what are you waiting for?
I've got my list of items to put in cart alreadyyyy, so should you!
Happy SHOPPING!!!!

Two Sons Bistro @ Starling Mall, Petaling Jaya

Hello hello! To my favourite restaurant!
Previously is favourite cafe so I now introduce my favourite restaurant hah.

Their main branch is at Publika, and I had there quite a number of times as well. Thanks to my cousin who introduced me to try back then.

The one is Starling Mall, what I've got to say is that there are at least about 30 tables in the whole area, but there were only 3-4 waiters. =="
They couldnt only handle so many tables la come on. Kesian tau.
And the queue outside is never ending one.

So outside you will find what they highlight on their specialty board.

Menu is here!

Wild Mushroom Soup - RM 22
Shiitake, oyster and white button mushrooms simmered in a rich potato and cream broth, drizzled with truffle oil.
Rich and creamy it is indeed. Quite filling as well if you felt half full.

Pasta Carbonara - RM 23
Creamy egg based sauce with parmesan cheese.
It doesn't look a lot but it does fill up your stomach quite fast because of the rich and creamy texture of the egg based sauce. Taste delightful.

Barramundi Fish and Chips - RM 35
Barramundi fillets coated in a light, crispy batter and served with coleslaw, french fries, malt vinegar, lemon wedges and tartare sauce.
The coating of the fish is crispy alright, and the fish isn't too dry either. Just right. Not oily too.

Pasta Aglio Olio - RM 21
Garlic, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, black olives, basil and finished with chili flakes.
Its not bland and its not too spicy because of the chili flakes either. It's just right with the correct amount of basil and the aromatic smell of garlic and olive oil together.

Pasta Meatball - RM 29
Lamb meatballs stuffed with quill eggs, simmered in a rich tomato based sauce.
The meatballs are huge! They are not dry but very tender indeed, even with the quill egg inside.

Grilled Salmon Steak - RM 36
Grilled salmon served with mashed potatoes, vegetables, topped with tobiko, with a creamy and spicy sauce.
The mashes potatoes were very creamy, salmon was cook to perfection. the skin was crispy!

Pasta Vongole - RM 30
Clams, garlic, sundried tomatoes, black olives and basil.
I quite like the taste of this but my husband couldn't quite accept because he said it felt like drinking soup. Hahaha. But they were generous with the clams.

Mussels (Main Size) - RM 55 (Chili Butter Cream Flavour)
They served with French Fries or Garlic Bread.
They have 16 flavours to choose from and the most popular flavour is this Chili Butter Cream.
It's creamy and spicy at the same time. Super nice kick.

Tenderloin Steak - RM 130/250 grams
Had this 3 years back and it was really good.
You have 3 different ways of potatoes cooked you can choose from and also a variety of sauce enhancements as well.

Overall, yes its good.
But if you want to try, maybe can try the one in Publika because the one in Starling Mall for now, they are very much short of staff. If you have no patience then don't go there okay.
Absolutely must try is their Mussels and Clams.
You won't regret it.

Finally!!!
I've been here multiple times and I enjoyed the food so much that I always forgot to take pictures to blog about it. Haiyo.
Let me introduce my favourite cafe of all time.

The story of great friends being back in Malaysia and opened up this wonderful cafe speak volumes about their friendship.

A very minimalist design cafe, because their food is so colourful on its own already.

Cakes and more cakes!

Alright. The MENU is here.
Snap it all for ya'll to see.

Pan & Tamper MENU *UPDATED September 2019*

Latte - RM 11
Aromatic latte which is always good at Pan and Tamper.

Citrus Cooler - RM 12.00
Lemon, Blue Pea Infused Thyme, Soda.
Thyme is quite strong so if you don't like it dont order it la.
I myself find it interesting.
*UPDATED September 2019*

Tea-Smoked Duck Fettucini - RM 29
Fettucini cooked with tea leaves, tossed with smoked duck breast, basil leaves in a spiced cream sauce and  Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Some might not like the taste of tea-smoked but I find it quite alright and it made the fettucini very flavourful as well.

Cave Man Breakfast - RM 30
Grilled turkey ham, chicken sausage, sauteed onion and baby spinach, baked cannelini beans, fried potato rosti, and two eggs your style (scrambled/sunny side/65-degree) served with wholemeal toast.

I think this is every guy's meal. Everything is just good in this plate.
Their description says it all.

I'm A Fun-Ghi - RM 29
Homemade potato rosti crafted with an assortment of mushroom sauteed with garlic and thyme, sauteed baby spinach, 63-degree egg and garnished with toasted almond flakes.

This is my all time favourite! I super love the fried mushroom and the homemade potato is oh soooo good! Shrooms, shrooms and more shrooms!

Bake Your Egg - RM 29
63-degree egg, chicken meatballs, piqullo peppers, assorted beans, toasted almond flakes, sauteed spinach and greek yogurt, served with wholemeal toast.

I personally don't really like this, but if you love Indian food then yes, this is the one for you to try.
Lots of spices in it, very flavourful.

Pumpkin Pasta with 63-Degree Egg - RM 27
Spaghetti in classic sage pumpkin sauce, chicken meatballs, topped with 63-degree egg, toasted almond flakes and pumpkin seeds, curry leaves and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

This is something special and it taste not bad ler. Rich and creamy texture of it all making you wanting for more.

Spaghetti Aglio Olio E Fun-Ghi - RM 26
Spaghetti sauteed with an assortment of mushrooms, garlic, thyme, bird eye chilli, topped with toasted almond flakes and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Like shrooms and spaghetti? Why not have it both together!
The thyme flavour was just right and garlic that toss with the spaghetti makes it so fragrant.

PNT Crispy Chicken Waffle - RM 28
Fried Buttermilk Chicken, with waffles and egg, Maple Syrup.
It's a nice dish but on a heaty day I wouldn't quite recommend this la.

Messed-Up Pikelets - RM 26
Buttermilk pikelets with an assortment of fresh fruits, crumbs, maple syrup, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and homemade Persian fairy floss.

This was what I had the first time I ate at Pan and Tamper.
Ohh mannn, its so good! It's like fluffy pancakes but better.
The fruits are all so fresh and with the ice cream on top, makes it melt in your mouth.

There are also many other pictures that I did not took while I ate there.
I would also recommend:
Acai Wake Up Bowl
Madam Truffle Shrooms
Buttermilk Brine Chicken Burger

They also have service on birthday parties, catering and much more.
My girls did a bridal shower for me there last year cause they know it was my favourite cafe. Hahs.
And it still is.

So overall?
Of course YES LA.
I like their service, I like their food, I like their drinks.
Everything.
The only cafe I'd give a full rating on.
The best in my eyes.
I hope they have a franchise in Ipoh so I can eat every week.
