Quartet @ TTDI

Back in TTDI! The first brunch I had in TTDI was Pickles and Fig.
So many more to explore and to eat.

Sadly the time I went, there was no discount on offpeak :(

Well, the arts on the wall, is pretty, interesting...

Look at all the different expressions of Hitler.

Cake cake cake.

Their cookies looks scrumptious though.

MENU time!!
Wanted to have Pink Flamingo but they told me there's none left D:
I really like that pinkish tea.

Tropical Cremosa - RM 13.50
Taste funny at first, but its soda so its good.
Boyfriend asked the waiter which is his favourite and he said this.
Well, not a bad choice.
Totally different from any drinks I've had in my life.

Eggs Hemingway - RM 24.90
Aggro muffin, smoked salmon slices, poached eggs, red hollandaise sauce, skillet potatoes with asparagus.
I just realize they didnt give me asparagus. *insert annoyed face*
The sauce was a little bit chili hot, spice up the taste buds.
Salmon was alright.
I love the potatoes though.
At first I was like, why so small one, but when I finished it, I was absolutely full.

Big Breaky - RM 24.90
Choice of fried/ scrambled/ poached eggs, skillet potatoes with asparagus, salad and crusty bread.
Can also select either salmon, beef bacon or crab cake.
Their crab cake is really good!
Seemingly better than the ones my grandma makes!
Other than that, everything else was just normal.

An overview.

Was actually a bit disappointed on how the food turn out.
I was like, why so colourless :(
Look so blend, but at least the taste was there.
Service was good though.
Total spending of RM 67.10, no service charge but GST included.

Welcome to Seven Cups!
Your cafe that serves coffee for the neighbourhood.

Located in Empire Damansara, its one of the those that is under another cafe, which is the famous Inside Scoop!
Everything inside just look so neat.

symmetric i like.
Ignore the stupid bowl which is out of it.

MENU time!!
Quite a few dessert waffles to choose from.
Wanted to try one more but was way too full, had no idea why.

Of course they also serve Inside Scoop's famous ice cream!
Their flavours change from time to time so better check it once a while to try awesome flavours!

Cake of course is needed.

Just look at that big pastry!!

The ice cream full of wonders.

Banana Toffee - Rm 16.90
Freshly sliced bananas, caramel sauce drizzled over vanilla bean ice cream, finished with a sprinkle of toasted almond flakes and freshly ground coffee.
MMMMMMM!!!!
It was DELICIOUS!
The bananas was sooooo sinfully good!
The vanilla bean ice cream was woahhh! Sweet and creamy texture.
I think the waffle is better than Inside Scoop Bangsar itself.

Close-up.

Mi Ladies.

There was this really hot guy sitting behind us that day.
So maybe girls you wanna check out some really cute guys, you can grab a book and have a cup of coffee while you observe. Hah!
It was really quiet, the surrounding.
Service was great!
Would love to go back and try something else for another surprise.

Softsrve @ Damansara Uptown

7:26 PM Felicia Grace 0 Comments

I'm on a roll with ice creams lately!!
I just wanna nom them all!

So this simple fancy cafe is located in Damansara Uptown, which happens to have many cafes around as well.
One of the real good hotspots around!

Sorry for the blur lighting image.
Was too tired to adjust things on my camera :/

The place was purely packed with people.
There were 12 of us, and one small table that fits 4.
People were lining up from the counter all the way to the front door!
It was crazily packed!

MENU time!!!

I actually don't know what's on all the menu because we were all rushing to order.
I didn't know what I was gonna order either.
Everyone was saying how good the churros were so I ordered that.

We get to see them make it in action too!
After you pay, you'll still lining up to get your ice cream.
and that right there, is cotton candy.
Damn it, should have order that instead.

Once done, they'll put it in another cup with dry ice in it.
So you'll see the smoke effect.
Check out the hashtags on instagram that people took.
Looks amazing to the eyes.

Churros with Deep Chocola - RM 11

In the end, everyone bought the same, just different ice cream flavour!
Soooo epic.
Them churros also taste like yao zak guai, western style.

I just wished they would give a bit more ice cream.
It looks a lot from the picture, but when I ate it.
I was like what. The bottom is so near, and thats it?
And they only had either Chocolate or Vanilla ice cream. Wished they have more than that.
Place was so packed, wanted to just actually go to another place with the ice cream in my hand.
but its nice.
Total spending of RM 11 for 1. No service charge or GST. *WOOHOO*
